Guest satisfaction is important to us. We guarantee our hair services with the usage of professional products purchased from Hair Port 3 Salon. Should any problems arise contact us within one week of service date and we will gladly correct any concerns as refunds will not be given.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee your service will be performed that day if you are late.

Two “No Show” appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit by credit card at the time of next appointment request.

Cancellations less than 24 hours my be subject to a non-refundable 50% charge.

No Cash refunds are given on Gift Certificates or retail products.

All service prices are subject to additional charges at the discretion of the service provider.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash or local personal checks. We have a $35.00 return check fee.

Prices do not include gratuities.
